Vinification and Aging

Traditional contact with the skins for up to 15 days, pumping over and 20% bleeding in the initial phase. Fermentation for 10-15 days in steel vats at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation completely carried out. Maturation of 12 months in 2nd passage barriques and 12 months in steel
Refinement: 6 months in the bottle
